Improving the user experience redesigning a web page

Consumers accessing the product's web portal always encountered an old, outdated UI. To improve the experience and apply design heuristics, I created a new journey, bringing clarity to information, reducing user decision-making time, and a modern UI.

Creating an end-to-end experience

Created a B2B solution from scratch, designing web wireframes and prototypes, and delivering polished UI designs. This significantly optimized the user experience for both sellers and HR leads, improving how the sales team pitches and helping them close deals faster.

Enhancing Investor Experience: Mandatory Update Flow & Responsive Design

I helped develop the user data update for all client investors, which was a mandatory update. My work also included ensuring its responsive functionality.

Elevating Customer Retention: From Spreadsheets to System

I developed a customer retention simulator for the call center team. This tool allows them to simulate retention scenarios and guide customers who wish to terminate their contracts. Previously, this entire process was managed in an Excel spreadsheet; it has now been migrated to a complete system. This new system ensures consistent simulations, and the history and tracking of these processes have gained significant visibility, not just for platform users but for the entire company.

Designing an enterprise landing page

My goal for this project was to create an enterprise landing page that highlighted product benefits and detailed the types of reports users would access upon registration.
